Specialized CQ Assessments

We offer a variety of CQ Assessments designed for use in specific contexts.

Each of these includes an online self-inventory of the four CQ capabilities and questions tailored to the specific context of the program.

Participants receive 12-page feedback reports with scores for the four CQ capabilities, comparisons with the CQ worldwide norms, and reflection questions to guide interpretation of the feedback.

CQ in Organizations and Work Contexts

This CQ assessment is designed for public, private, and non-profit organizational settings. It can be used on a one-time stand-alone basis or can be used before and after training sessions.

CQ in Educational and Classroom Contexts

This CQ assessment is designed for educational settings, including high school and college courses. It can be used on a one-time stand-alone basis or can be used for pre- and post- instructional assessment.

CQ and Study Abroad Programs

This CQ assessment is designed for study abroad participants. This assessment works best when administered twice – with T1 expectation questions before the study abroad experience and T2 reflection questions after the study abroad experience.

CQ in Faith-Based Contexts

This CQ assessment is designed for faith-based contexts. It includes questions specifically oriented toward the role of cultural intelligence in religious settings.

CQ and Short-Term Missions

This CQ assessment is designed for short-term missions where people are working or volunteering in another cultural context. This assessment works best when administered twice – with T1 expectation questions before the mission and T2 reflection questions after the mission.

Feedback on Individual Cultural Value Orientations

We can add feedback on Individual Cultural Value Orientations to the above specialized assessment programs. Participants receive enhanced 14-page feedback reports with information on cultural intelligence as well as their personal preferences for seven individual cultural value orientations (e.g. individualism vs. collectivism, low vs. high context, etc.). Note: individual cultural value orientation feedback is automatically included in CQ Multi-Rater programs.
